Staff Observation, Moderation and Development
As an employer it's your responsibility to ensure that all staff are of the appropriate standard to run the activities that they are being paid for. A qualification (site specific or National Governing Body) is only the starting point as they prove that a person has met the required criteria at the time of the assessment. No qualification can be used as a guarantee of current competency and currency in skills and best practice.
